Understanding the Problem:
Overwhelmed Users

EVRYTHNG’s platform was powerful but complex, catering to a diverse user base including marketers, product managers, and supply chain professionals. Users faced challenges in navigating the platform due to its intricate interface and overwhelming amount of data. The existing design lacked clarity and intuitive workflows, leading to a steep learning curve and underutilization of key features.

My Mission: Simplify & Empower

The objective was to redesign Evrythng’s platform to enhance usability, streamline workflows, and improve user engagement.

Designing Solutions: From Data to Clarity

To address these challenges, the following steps were undertaken

Conducted interviews and usability tests with existing users to identify pain points and gather feedback on their experiences with the platform.

02. Information Architecture Overhaul

Redesigned the information architecture to create a logical and intuitive structure for organizing data, ensuring easy navigation and access.

03. Interface Redesign

Developed high-fidelity prototypes incorporating a clean visual design, consistent typography, and intuitive navigation elements to enhance user experience.

04. Enhanced Data Visualization

Implemented advanced data visualization techniques to present complex information in a more digestible and actionable format.

05. Collaboration Features

Integrated tools for sharing and collaborating on insights, enabling teams to work together more effectively.

06. Testing and Iteration

Conducted multiple rounds of usability testing to refine the design and ensure it met user needs and expectations.

Key Takeaways: Lessons from the Field

This project reinforced how essential user-centered design is when building tools for complex data management and collaboration. By engaging users throughout the process, we were able to align the platform with real needs, identify friction points early, and refine workflows to make insights more accessible. Iterative design (testing, learning, and adjusting) proved critical in creating an interface that is both intuitive and effective.

Collaboration across design, engineering, and product teams amplified these results, fostering creativity and ensuring solutions were practical, scalable, and impactful.
